The entertainment at the hotel was amazing! There were live shows almost every night, a DJ by the pool that kept the energy high, and the bar staff were always keeping the party going. I had a blast and had so much fun. The staff at the buffet and the pool provided the best service and were attentive to our needs.

The check-in process was long, quite frustrating. it was challenging to find transportation to and from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and provided fantastic customer service. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. There were plenty of food options, with a good variety to choose from. The drinks were always flowing, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience.

the service was impeccable. the spa and wellness center provided a wide range of treatments that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. the infinity pool with beach access was a real highlight, and I enjoyed soaking up the sun in the beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue I faced at this venue was with the nightclub. It wasn't as lively as I expected, and the music could have been better.

On rainy days, the restaurant collapses due to the lack of indoor seating options. The swim-out rooms with private cabanas provide a great opportunity for early morning and late-night swims. The buffet offers a variety of options for vegans and pescatarians, ensuring that there's something for everyone. The daily live entertainment, including karaoke at the sports bar, adds a fun element to the experience.

The check-in process is lengthy and transportation services can be challenging to arrange.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and impeccable service. the stunning infinity pool, spa, and beachfront access had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the garden area was perfect for a morning stroll, and the private facilities made me feel like royalty. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had amazing food options and drinks that satisfied my cravings. the location was also great, providing a feeling of exclusivity and privacy.

I had a minor issue with the outdoor swimming pool, as the water temperature was a bit too cold for my taste. this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel.

The entertainment team is exceptional, providing amazing activities. The food options surpass expectations with high quality and variety. Great for couples and families. The staff is friendly and helpful. The resort offers beautiful scenery and a stunning beach.
